Why should I use an agent and not
book direct myself? |

Our rates include tax and service
charge which are charged by the hotel. Typically this is 17.7% added
on to the room rate. Our rates are up to 75% cheaper than walk in or rates
that the hotel offers direct and we can offer suitable alternatives
should your first choice be unavailable. |

What happens when I book a
room with you? |

We contact the hotel directly
and, upon confirmation, we invoice you. We are committed to a 24 hour answer policy.
When we receive your payment details you will be issued a reservation number.
Then
all you have to do is check in. |

Do you have instant hotel confirmation? |

We have tried many systems but have yet
to find one that
improves on our personal approach. We deal with hotels directly -
not databases which we have found to be problematic in the past. |

net, are they involved with your operations and what about their prices? |

We are completely independent
and our rates, service and commitment to quality are second to none. With over

years in the business we are able to offer the lowest rates on the net. |

What happens if I change my booking? |

All changes are liable to a minimum 25 USD fee
except extensions of stay. Changes may not be possible during busy
periods and cancellation fees may apply. (Please note: The most restrictive rule applies) |

What happens if I cancel my booking? |

Cancel at least 72 hours prior to
arrival subject to a minimum 25 USD (or 15%) fee for any cancellation/change. If
cancellation occurs within 48 hours of check out date, a one-night
charge will be assessed. During peak periods a minimum of one night
charge may be assessed for any cancellation. Refunds for no-shows or early checkouts on
a case by case basis and may not be possible during certain times of
the year. (Please note: The most restrictive rule applies) |
