[Airport]: Obviously this area is best for
those with early morning flights or late arrivals in the capital city. There are some
hotels in this vicinity offering such great value that some people stay there the length
of their holiday.

[Chinatown/Grand Palace]: Colourful area
and good for shopping and not far from the river which is the fastest way to get around
this mega city. Also close to the main train station which incidentally was
modeled from
Victoria Station in London. Hotel details and rates.

[Riverside]: Navigation along the river is one
of the fastest way to get around the capital. These hotels are close to quay's where water
based transportation is available. Natural obvious bonus being the
river-views.

[Silom area]: covers the famous nightlife
streets of Patpong and many of the city's best shops are found in this immediate area.

[Sukhumvit area]: includes the nightlife
areas of Soi Cowboy and Nana Entertainment Plaza and many of the city's best shops are
found in this immediate area. Shopping is probably the best in the city and there are a
number of top class restaurants nearby. The street is one of the longest in the world and
stretches almost to the Cambodian border but the area we refer to starts at Soi No 1 until
about Soi No 30. At the end of this area is the bus terminal for Southern Stations.
