In another economic decision it was decided by the Royal Forestry Department (RFD) to charge for all attractions under their patronage. Previously only large, frequently visited attractions, attracted an entry fee. The entry prices are likely to be small and it is unclear if the revenue collected would be sufficient to finance planned improvements and maintenance. This move comes late in the first year of 'Amazing Thailand's' first year of their two year marketing plan.
