EquipmentEquipment is provided according to group needs. For overnight trips accommodated at tribal huts or tents we strongly suggest that a sleeping bag and inflatable pillow be made compulsory for all group members. A list of suitable things to bring will be given at the time of booking. Budgets and PricingTrips are priced according to group strength, types of tours, number of meals, chosen accommodation and other various factors. As group needs are always different we provide quotations tailored specifically to your groups needs. Example: A complete 4 day, 3 night tour such as "Camp Site" for a group of over 50 persons would cost in the region of between US$80 - $100 per person and would include most meals, tours, accommodation and entrance fees. Train transportation Bangkok-Chiang Mai-Bangkok costs around $ 35 Lunch boxes costs around $4, evening meals from $5 plus. We will prepare a special cost for your group according to your specific requirements. Hotels generally provide one complimentary half twin room per 16 rooms booked (subject to a maximum of two rooms). We will advise on these policies at the initial booking stages. It is advisable to build this into your group budget so that the teachers costs can be incorporated. AllergiesA list of participants allergies is requested so that we can make suitable preparations. The details should be taken at the time of student booking and given to us in advance of group arrival. Safety and securitySafety and security are the most important factors in determining your trip. We will make clear any potential problems that we feel necessary whilst advising you of any situations that you should be aware of. We will not operate tours or excursions in dangerous areas. Safety is our primary concern which is why we provide police protection to overnight groups staying at camps or tribal villages. InsuranceOur vans carry accident insurance. It is, however, the groups responsibility to obtain suitable policies for the entire trip. We can advise on suitable policies if requested. Personal property and valuablesAny lost property that is left behind will be forwarded to the school's address if found. Personal property is however, the responsibility of the owner. All valuables should be left in the hotel safe and not in rooms. On overnight trips no Jewellery or valuables should be taken. Hospitals and health careWe can provide a list of suitable hospitals near-by to the chosen accommodation. This has been requested by previous groups so that the school can arrange a contract in case of emergencies. We will gladly act on your behalf if you so require.
