We all arrived home in California last night, and decided it was appropriate to commend you and your staff for all the help you provided for us. My wife, daughter and I just returned from a two week stay in Chiang Mai. I found Gem Travel via the Internet and called to check on a tour of Northern Thailand. The lady that answered the phone (Dao), was absolutely outstanding. She even came to our hotel to process the paperwork and show us pictures of other tours. We were impressed with her professionalism and exuberance. We arranged for four private tours during our stay. We kept the same tour guide and driver because they too were outstanding. The office staff even helped arrange and provide transportation for, a surprise birthday party for my daughter. I have been to Thailand numerous times over the past 30 years and have gone on many tours. I have also lived in several countries around the world and gone on many tours.
