our holiday in Chiang mai I thought I would write a few lines to tell you how much we enjoyed staying at the Chiang inn and that we were picked up on time from the airport on both occasions. Everything went smoothly.  I would have no hesitation booking through you again and as we travel to Thailand every year you can expect to hear from me in the future.

This is just to say that my niece and I found the U Thong Inn in Ayudthaya (where we stayed on 6 December) excellent. Our room was large and very comfortable, the staff very helpful and the restaurant (where we ate rather more meals than we originally intended!) excellent. I have visited Ayudthaya several times before but it was my niece's first visit and she very much enjoyed it. We managed to see quite a lot of temples by taking a leisurely trishaw ride and also visited the Historical Study Centre (the Museum was closed as it was Monday - something the hotel wasn't aware of), the market and, the following morning, Bang Pa-In. My one regret was that we didn't manage the journey from Bangkok by boat one way but that was due to lack of planning on my part. So, thank you very much for arranging the hotel for us. I shall not hesitate to recommend you to anybody wishing to book accommodation in Thailand. With very best wishes for the New Millennium,

I want to send you my heartfelt thanks for booking me into the Jade Pavilion hotel. The room was everything one could ask for. The food was much better than average. The hotel staff brought the whole package together. Their advice about where to go was right on the mark, they were friendly, helpful, courteous, polite. They were always willing to help me understand Thai customs, and explain the proper pronunciation of the words and phrases I picked up. I hope that I will be able to stay there when I return to Bangkok.

Since I am a starwood member, I was trying to make a reservation for Sheraton Sukhumvit deluxe room. It is $105 per night(with goverment ID, which we have). But, we found you on the net. We have saved over $500 including tax, service charge, and breakfast. Now, we have more extra money for shopping!! My husband and me visited Thailand in the beginning of September. We booked hotel Royal River in Bangkok through your tourist agency. That was our first visit to Thailand and I must say that we were surprised. Thailand is really AMAZING country. We did not expect such a good hotel for the money we paid. The thai hospitality is incredible, people are so nice, and the food was excellent. We think that a lot of people from Europe should go to Thailand to learn something about tourism and the way to treat guests. We felt really safe. As I said the hotel Royal River was good and I am glad that we did not choose the hotel downtown because the air is not so puluted by the river. And when we bargined about the price for the taxi transfer they always said 100 bachts because the taxi drivers did not know where exactly the hotel is. When they realised where it is it was too late.I believe you don't want to know all the details...

I put in a message about Nancy Chandler's Bangkok map (thank you to everyone who replied - it was wonderful!) But I need to give some credit here.........We booked our Hotels through thaifocus on-line, not only did everything run incredibly smoothly but a member of the staff (who shall remain nameless so you don't all contact 'the person') went to the shop & bought me Nancy Chandler's Bangkok map & has sent it to me! How's that for service! It was an incredibly kind gesture to a stranger, even more I cannot wait until we arrive in Thailand. I searched the web for 'specials, deals etc' regarding accommodation in Bangkok. We didn't want four star but wanted a clean, comfortable respectable hotel in a great position. The web site that gave us that was thaifocus, the best prices I could find. Try them, you will not be disappointed. We are in New Zealand (at the bottom of the world!) & have no knowledge of Thailand other than the net. By the bye they have heaps of web pages of accommodation, islands etc. Anyway, thought I should tell somebody!
